I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Instructor, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Body Building Instructor & Wellness Coach. My specialties are Muscle Building, Weight Loss, Strength & Endurance, Athletic Performance, Nutrition, and Senior Fitness. In addition to one-on-one personalized coaching, I also work closely with senior healthcare facilities, physicians and mental health professionals to create customized programs that enhance & enrich their patients lives. My book, Sit To Get Fit, is a complete program designed specifically for seniors to do easy, effective exercises all from a chair and in the comfort of their own home. I am a big fan of nature and love the outdoors. I practice Reiki, meditation, and follow a vegetarian and holistic lifestyle filled with peace & love.
